Privacy Policy

Scope
This is the privacy policy for the EnCoRe
website. The EnCoRe website falls under the responsibility of the consortium
of organisations who are partners in the EnCoRe project . The website is
concerned with the dissemination and exchange of information about the
EnCoRe project. It is not concerned with commercial transactions or with the
exchange of data for marketing purposes.

Information Collection and Use
All information collected from the user by the EnCoRe website will only be
processed by one or more partners in the EnCoRe consortium, as listed on the
EnCoRe website. The data will only be stored as long as it is necessary for
provision of the service.
Third Party Data
Processing
The EnCoRe website is located on a server provided by Hewlett-Packard
Company (headquartered at 3000 Hanover St., Palo Alto, California, USA),
which has the technical possibility to inspect the data stored on the
server. It handles the logging procedure (see below). The Hewlett-Packard
Company will not to provide the logged data to other parties outside the
EnCoRe consortium unless required by law.
Contact form
The web site provides a web-contact form to contact the EnCoRe consortium.
The user is only required to provide the message. It is optional for the
user to provide his/her name and email address. These data will only used
for internal review by the EnCoRe consortium and providing an answer to the
user if wanted. These messages will not be provided to third parties. It is
also possible for the user to get in contact with the EnCoRe consortium
using the email address provided at the bottom of this page.
Log Files
We log the IP addresses of client devices which access this website.
In addition,
every time a user requests or downloads a file from this website, data about
this action, as identified in the bulleted list below, will be stored in a
log file. This data will not be analysed at the level of personal data.

contains links to other sites. Please be aware that the EnCoRe consortium is
not responsible for the contents and the privacy practices of such other
sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site, and to
read the privacy statements of these third party sites. This EnCoRe privacy
statement applies solely to information collected by this EnCoRe website.
Correcting /
Updating Personal Information
The user has the
right at every time to request information about the stored personal data.
He or she has the unrestricted right of erasure, updating and correction of
the stored personal data. This can be requested from the Project
Co-ordinator – see contact details below.
Notification of
Changes
If we decide to
change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on the EnCoRe website
so its users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it,
and under which circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
